Cat is an amazingly awesome cat, she is our newest animal resident, we call her Cat, named for the cat from Breakfast at Tiffany's.
She is the BEST cat, she is beautiful with great big green eyes, wonderful brown and white and orange and black splotches all over int he craziest patterns. She loves to twitch her tail just so.
We can't really call her a pet since she doesn't particularly enjoy being petted. She doesn't like to be carried around, she doesn't like to sit on your lap.
She does like to lurk in the shadows. She likes to meow at you to do things, we're never really sure what those things are but she's definitely yelling at us about something. But, you know, its cool because she is a REALLY awesome cat.
She also takes to peeing on all sorts of things like the carpet, or the bed. She likes peeing in the shower which is convenient for cleaning but rather unpleasant first thing in the morning. But all that is okay because she is SUCH a great cat.
She likes to chew on the newly sprouted seedlings and she particularly enjoys stomping on them until she crushes their fragile stems preventing any hope of future growth but we can forgive that because, well, as you know by now, she is the BEST cat!
Its true that domesticating a rabid skunk might be easier (and less smelly) than living with Cat and I'm not sure that I can think of what it is that makes her so awesome, its a sort of "je ne sais quoi" that's hard to describe, but you've got to believe me when I tell you, she's awesome and I'm pretty sure there is no other cat in the world quite like this one.
